“The fresh-food side of our Viking built-in crept up to 50 while the freezer stayed rock hard. He pulled the back panel and found the evaporator iced solid behind a dead defrost heater. New heater and limit switch, and it has held 37 since. He also cleared the drain line and showed me where it plugs.”
